1:1 Instrumental Lessons for Students and Adults
Since 2019, SIMA Classics students have achieved Distinction or Merit results across ABRSM examinations, from Grade 1 to Diploma level. We have also supported students in securing 11+ and 13+ music scholarships at leading UK independent schools.
Most importantly, every SIMA lesson is carefully tailored to the individual student. Our mentors take time to understand each student’s level, learning style and goals, providing focused guidance, long-term support and appropriate performance opportunities throughout their musical journey.
Location
Our lessons are conducted at Central London studios (Marble Arch and Mayfair). Depending on our mentors’ schedules, we also accept "at home" lessons, where our mentors will travel to the student's house for the convenience. (The variable travel fee will be added for "at home" lessons according to location.)
We also conduct online lessons for students in Asia, Middle East and America.
Fees
Our prices start from £45 per 30 minutes lesson. The prices can be varied based on location and level/qualification/experience of the teacher.
Why Choose SIMA Classics Education
A Faculty Shaped by the International Music World
SIMA students learn from accomplished performers and educators/mentors connected to leading institutions including the Royal College of Music, Royal Academy of Music, BBC orchestras, the Philharmonia, English National Opera and international conservatoires. This gives students more than a weekly lesson: it gives them access to artistic standards, professional insight and mentorship shaped by the wider classical music world.
Clear Goals and Visible Progress
Every student begins with a clear understanding of their current level, strengths and next steps. Lessons are structured around achievable musical goals, from building healthy technique and confident practice habits to preparing for exams, auditions or performances.
Parents receive regular progress updates, with clear guidance on what the student has achieved, what to focus on next and how to support effective practice at home.
Enhanced DBS Check
All educators teaching children are required to hold an appropriate Enhanced DBS check. SIMA Classics Education is committed to safeguarding and to creating a safe, respectful and professional environment for every student.
Performance Opportunities
We provide performance opportunities to our SIMA Classics students. The performance is held in prestigious venues such as Ognisko Polskie, The Polish Hearth Club, patron by HRH Duke of Kent.
